PRESENCIAL
Las sesiones se realizan en tres partes. En la primera parte se mantiene un diálogo entre la persona que va a recibir la sesión y la terapeuta, para conocer el estado de la persona y los temas que se van a tratar.
La segunda parte se lleva a cabo en una camilla, en la que la persona se relaja, mientras la terapeuta realiza la comunicación con la información No Consciente y su Biocampo para identificar los problemas y realizar las correcciones necesarias.

A DISTANCIA:
Las sesiones a distancia igualmente constan de 3 partes: La primera parte consiste en responder a una serie de preguntas sobre el motivo de la consulta. La segunda parte es realizar la sesión según LA TERAPIA ELEGIDA (pudiendo estar tumbada recibiendo o haciendo su vida normal). Y la tercera parte es la entrega de un informe detallado de todo lo realizado (causas, bloqueos, equilibrios,…).
